You can pay online for your reservation either by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or with your credit or debit card through our partner Exchange4Free. Exchange4Free gives you a great exchange rate and there are no international bank charges. Payments made with a credit card through Exchange4Free are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. 1. EFT Payments via exchange4free
  • Simply complete the details on the first section of the payment page to get a quote for an EFT payment. When you accept the quote, you'll be given the banking details of an account in your own country where you can make a bank transfer to in your local currency.
  • This is the most affordable way to pay: with zero international bank charges or commission and great exchange rates
  • You can request a quote to compare to other forms of payment.
2. debit card payments via exchange4free
  • Simply complete the details on the first section of the payment page to get a quote for a debit card payment. When you accept the quote, you'll be forwarded to a secure payment page where you can enter your debit card details and proceed to make the payment.
  • We accept payments for almost all VISA and MasterCard cardholders using this method.
  • Using this method, your card details remain completely secure.
  • You can request a quote to compare to other forms of payment.
3. Credit card payments via exchange4free
  • Credit card companies keep 2.5% of the transaction value, therefore payments to us with a credit card will attract a 2.5% surcharge.
  • If you wish to pay us using a credit card, you will need to add this surcharge to your invoice total. To calculate the total amount to be paid when using a credit card, multiply the amount on your invoice by 1.025. For example, if our quoted price to you is ZAR 10,000 then you will to calculate 10,000 x 1.025 = 10,250 - and then enter ZAR 10,250 on the payment page where it says 'Invoice Amount'.
  • Once you have calculated the amount to pay, you can get a quote for a credit card payment by filling in the 'Book A Payment' details on the payment page. When you accept the quote, you'll be forwarded to a secure payment page where you can enter your credit card details and proceed to make the payment.
  • We accept payments for almost all VISA and MasterCard cardholders using this method. 
  • Using this method, your card details remain completely secure.
