Booking form

We try to make it as easy as possible for you, however, we do need to ask some questions in order to make you the perfect itinerary. We kindly ask you to complete the booking form below completely. There are four sections, but you only have to complete two of these. Section 1 contains some questions about your personal details like the amount of travellers and the preferred time of travelling. After completing this section, you can choose which other one you fill in. This depends on how you would like us to create your itinerary; using a standard tour, destinations or experiences. After completing the form you click 'send'. On of our staff members will get back to you as soon as possible for a free, noncommittal quotation.

    Below you can check off the destinations you would like to visit in your tour. To make it easier, open the page destinations in a new window and keep this form next to it. 

    Please note: We only create tours of good quality without too much travelling between the destinations. Therefore you can only choose a limited amount of destinations from several regions. As a rule of thumb, destinations from the Elephant Coast, Drakensberg mountains and Battlefields can be easily combined, but only with Cape town and direct surroundings and Northern South-Africa (Kruger and Panorama Route). The Northern Cape can be combined with Cape town and direct surroundings, but not with anywhere else. As for the rest, all regions are not to be combined, unless you would like to travel for four weeks or longer. 

    Section 4: Quotation based on desired experiences in your tour

    You have no idea where exactly you would like to go, but you do know what you would like to experience? No problem! Simply check off the 'must have' experiences and 'desired, not not necessary' experiences. Our team will take a look at your wishes and create a itinerary including as many experiences as possible. Please note it is not always possible to include all 'must have' experiences in your itinerary. We will give honest advice about this.
